Getting it to you

What it costs

• Small package — £2.99. Up to 2 kg and 450 × 350 × 80 mm. Tags, stencils, cards, bookmarks and most single pieces.
• Large package — £7.99. Up to 10 kg. Crystal blocks, coaster sets, glass panels — anything in a rigid box.

The band is worked out from both weight and size, not weight alone. A crystal in a foam-lined box is light but deep, and charging it as a small package would mean losing money on every one we sell.

How long it takes

• In stock — dispatched the next working day. We already have your blank on the shelf.
• Made to order — two to three working days. We are ordering your blank in from a supplier first.

Your basket tells you which before you pay, because we check our suppliers’ live stock rather than guessing. If an order contains both, the whole thing moves at the slower one’s pace — we send it together rather than in two parcels.

Where we deliver

UK mainland and Northern Ireland. We do not ship outside the UK yet; the postage maths and the customs paperwork for a one-person workshop are not worth getting wrong.
